Enock is 10 years old and the son of a single mother who is a sex worker. Enock often gets locked in the house when his mother has client causing him to miss class. Astoundingly, he still remains in the first, second and third position in his class showing that he could reach amazing heights. He has four more years of high school and four more years of university. He is looking forward to tackling the law when he grows up.
Evans Otieno is a 13 year old son of a sex worker. His mother is often away from home forcing him to take care of his four siblings. Evans is a hard worker but most of the time cannot afford his school fees. When he is in school he is at the top of his class and he plans to sit the national exams to proceed to high school next year. Evans wants to become a doctor when he is older and in order to do this he will need to consistently attend school.
Chelsy is 13 years old and should be joining form 1 this year. She scored a fantastic 373 in last years KCPE exams. She currently lives with her single mum in Kibera and is third in a line of five siblings. Her mother currently washes other households laundry and makes approximately 150 KES per day. She is extremely talented in poetry and one days dreams of becoming a journalist.
